Big Chocolate Heart & CARAMEL Making
To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will learn the basics of chocolate molding (molds and bon bons) with a BIG CHOCOLATE HEART to fill with bon bons and decorate to take home (sampling chocolate in this segment too!).
We will demonstrate caramel making while you pipe for your chocolates and adapt into your desserts.
Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons) Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only.
