Since 2007, Chocolatier Constance Popp has produced fresh premium artisan chocolates, cakes & frozen treats in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Using only fresh, whole food ingredients with no artificial flavours or preservatives and the finest premium chocolate (including single-origin & single plantation), our chocolates are quite delicious and very unique in Manitoba and Canada.

We are Manitoba's first bean to bar maker using top-grade sustainable cacao beans from all over the world however, primarily from Asia, Mexico and the Caribbeans, Central and South America.

We've had the fabulous opportunity to make chocolate for many high-profile events (including the Juno Awards, the gift lounges at the Golden Globes and Oscars, Royal Visits), local and national conferences, grand openings and many galas over the years - ask us!

We are most proud to make chocolates for Holidays (Christmastime is our favourite of the whole year!), Valentines, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays, weddings, all sorts of special events and... just because~

Please view our gallery here to see images of our chocolate and events.

Over the years we have been recognized for our chocolate and business efforts and for this we have received Food and Beverage Manitoba's, Presidents Choice Award, Tourism Winnipeg's, Small Business of the Year Award, Mayors Business Improvement Zone Award, Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Winner Great Manitoba Food Fight, Canadian Federation of Independent #SmallBizLove, Winnipeg's Best Ice Cream and more. We were very proud to receive letters of congratulations from the two most recent Manitoba Premiers and two most recent Winnipeg Mayors for various projects we worked on with our chocolate.

Though we are a part of very many events throughout the year and years (including our presence at the Winnipeg Folk Fest each year), we have our own events we create and host such as the Chocolate InWonderland event at the WAG, our special chocolate and wine events and our Annual Open House (last Saturday in September) and Annual Christmas Market (first Sunday in December). We host chocolate workshops and chocolate teas throughout the year as well, either in our chocolate shop or at your office or home - ask us!

A super fun thing we filmed at our chocolate shop was the remake of the iconic "I Love Lucy" chocolate skit with Tina Keeper and Rivard Productions - look for this hilarious video here on our website - and be sure to watch to the very end for the bloopers! You can purchase our "I Love Lucy" caramel salted chocolate in our chocolate shop or online here (proceeds go towards the Drag the Red project in Winnipeg).

Follow us on Instagram and FB to see all the things we are doing as we go along each day. Please contact us anytime to find out more!

Sharing our chocolate joy with you always~
