Easter BIG Chocolate Egg Workshop 4 – Wednesday March 20th


Wednesday March 20th  7-9 pm $95 plus tax

To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will learn the basics of chocolate molding (molds and bon bons) with a BIG CHOCOLATE EASTER EGG to fill bon bons with ganache  - we fill some of these together including our CHOCOLATE CREAM EGGS and decorate to take home - sampling chocolate in this segment too!

Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons) and please wear a mask. Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only. Parking is free and available at front, side and back of building.
