Fall Chocolate Workshop 1 – Chocolate Pumpkin & Macaron – October 23rd Wednesday 7-9 pm $95 plus tax

Our first chocolate workshop of the season. To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will learn the basics of chocolate molding (molds and bon bons) with a CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN to fill with bon bons and decorate to take home (sampling chocolate in this segment too!). We will also demonstrate our MACARON recipe (pumpkin spice) with hands-on piping.

Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons) and please wear a mask. Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only. Parking is free and available at front, side and back of building.
