Valentine BIG Chocolate Heart Workshop 2 – February 7th Wednesday 7-9 pm $95 plus tax

To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will learn the basics of chocolate molding (molds and bon bons) with a BIG CHOCOLATE HEART to fill with bon bons and decorate to take home (sampling chocolate in this segment too!).  We will also share our recipe and demonstrate our popular CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW HEARTS with hands-on piping for you.  

Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons) and please wear a mask. Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only. Parking is free and available at front, side and back of building.
