Spring Chocolate Workshop 5 – May 5th 7-9pm

Wednesday May 5th , 2026 7-9 pm - $105 plus tax

To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will try some molding. 

We will demonstrate chocolate center ( fruit & tea infused) for you to adapt into your desserts. 

Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, and wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons). Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only. Parking is free and available at front of building.
