Spring Chocolate Cheesecake Workshop 5 – May 15th



Wednesday May 15th, 2024 7-9 pm - $95 plus tax

Our last chocolate workshop of the season. To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will try some molding and learn a wonderful cheesecake recipe (with chocolate decorations) as we demonstrate a full size with you making cheesecake minis to take home. Of course we will sample cheesecake together & chocolates too!

Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, and wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons). Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only. Parking is free and available at front, side and back of building.
