Chocolate Mousse & Macaron Workshop 2 – November 20th SOLD OUT
Christmas Chocolate Tree, Mousse and Ganache Workshop 2 – November 20th Wednesday 7-9 pm $95 plus tax
To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where it's from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will learn the basics of chocolate molding (molds and bon bons) with stunning CHOCOLATE TREE & ORNAMENT to decorate. We will mold/pipe and share with you our CHOCOLATE MOUSSE & MACARON recipe! We will sample as we go along and you will take home your decorated Chocolate Ornaments and some truffles.
Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons) and please wear a mask. Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only. Parking is free and available at front, side and back of building.
