Holiday Chocolate Workshop 2 – Chocolate Tree & Chocolate MOUSSE Making – November 26th
November 26th Wednesday 7-9 pm $105 plus tax
To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will learn the basics of chocolate molding (molds and bon bons) with a gorgeous chocolate tree and chocolate stars/snowflakes to decorate. We will demonstrate mousse recipes while you pipe for your take home and adapt into your desserts We will sample all and you will take home your decorated Chocolate Tree
Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons) Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only.
