Winter Chocolate Workshop #1 – Big Chocolate Heart - Wednesday February 9th
Wednesday February 9th 7-9 pm $85 plus tax
To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will learn the basics of chocolate molding (molds and bon bons) with a big Valentine chocolate heart and chocolate piping and decorations to finish. We will mold and pipe smaller chocolate hearts to fill with ganache then into your big chocolate heart they will go! We will sample all and you will take home your decorated chocolate heart and chocolate bon bons. Love!
Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons) and please wear a mask. Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only. Parking is free and available at front, side and back of building.
