Wednesday May 10th - Spring Workshop #3 – Chocolate Shoe and Bon Bons
Wednesday May 10th, 2022 7-9 pm - $95 plus tax
To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will try some molding and learn the basics of ganache centres with up-close instruction and applied hands-on piping experience. We will make the all-time favourite: caramel sea salt! We will also decorate a chocolate shoe (pick your style!) all the while, sampling more chocolates - fun!
Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons) and please wear a mask. Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only. Parking is free and available at front, side and back of building.
