Christmas Chocolate Workshop 1 – Chocolate Tree & Bon Bons – November 17th


November 17th Wednesday 7-9 pm $85 plus tax

To begin, we will talk about chocolate: where its from, what it is (single origin, bean to bar etc.) and what we do with it while sampling chocolate during this segment. Then, into our commercial kitchen, you will learn the basics of chocolate molding (molds and bon bons) with a gorgeous chocolate tree and chocolate stars/snowflakes to decorate.  We will mold/pipe our awesome fir essence tree truffles and real birch syrup truffles! We will sample all and you will take home your decorated Chocolate Tree and some truffles.

Please Note: No jewelry, bring indoor shoes, wear your hair tied back (we will provide hair nets and aprons) and please wear a mask. Please come at least 15 minutes before workshop starts and front door will be open for 6:45 only. Parking is free and available at front, side and back of building.
