We have a stellar range of fresh chocolate bon bons that are all natural (with no preservatives or artificial flavours) and made with premium chocolate.
Our flavor combinations are both classic and contemporary! We have created our own series of chocolates too – including our Milady Chocolates Flora & Fruit Truffles, Manitoba Beer Series Truffles and our Relationship Series Truffles!
We also use single-origin and single-plantation chocolate and fair-trade and organic certified chocolate wherever possible. We are in the midst of acquiring equipment to process our own chocolate from cocoa beans – look for this in 2016!
Constance Popp Chocolatier is Winnipeg’s first bean to chocolate bar maker! Using small equipment we make batches of chocolate from cacao beans acquired from all over the world!
