This workshop takes place April 9th, 2018.
All workshops will include instruction on basic molding and chocolate tempering with a special focus on different chocolate elements for each workshop (marshmallow, ganache, caramel, jel, chocolate drink).
You will get to take home your stylish chocolate piece (that you decorate!) along with chocolates all the while sampling chocolates in our commercial kitchen.
